Excavation & Earthworks: Digging for cut-and-fill operations, basement construction, or bulk soil removal. Foundations & Substructure: Constructing strip foundations, trench fills, pile caps, or ground-bearing/suspended floor slabs to regulatory and warranty standards (such as NHBC).

Compaction & Over-site Preparation: Laying and compacting hardcore sub-bases, damp-proof membranes (DPM), and blinding concrete. External Finishes: Completing sub-structure masonry, plot boundaries, footpaths, driveways, and top-soiling.

Goundworks1

All contracts undertaken are expertly managed both on the operational side and in health and safety aspects as the safety of our workforce is paramount. This also means that work is as efficient and as safe as possible, minimising the risks of delays and complications.

Drainage 2

We allocate our own civil engineers to each job who are each equipped with our own edm setting out equipment. This allows our skilled workforce to work continually on all our projects allowing all deadlines to be met, as well as ensuring all work is to the highest achievable standard.

Foundations

We have the ability to cope with any anomalies a contract may require for example foundation variances: Piled, Viibro piled, Raft, Ring beam construction-Ground contamination of any sorts or any others that might occur during the progress of the works.
